How to clean laminate flooring?
Spot cleaning and sweeping daily will keep laminate shining and free of debris that may scratch the surface. You should deep clean your laminate flooring every two weeks.
-Avoid using too much water
A few drops of dish washing liquid and little bit of warm water can be used with a soft bristled brushes or a microfiber cloth can be used. Too much water can lead to seepage of water into the subfloor and cause swelling and damage to the laminates.
-Scratches
Tiny scratches can be removed with a microfiber cloth by moving it in a circular motion.
-Stains
Tough stains can be removed with the help of a little bit of vinegar and water.
-Cleaning materials
Don't use harsh chemicals like bleach to deep clean floors or get rid of stains.
